NAIM Systems is led by Dr. Ally Nooher — a Tanzanian physician and health informatics specialist with a decade of experience spanning clinical practice in East Africa and health program leadership in the United States.

He currently serves as Director of Care Transformation and Analytics at Medicalincs, Maryland, leading analytics strategy across a portfolio of federally supported public health programs.

He holds an MD, a Master's in Health Information Technology, and has been admitted to a PhD in Health Systems Research. We understand the environments we design for because we have worked in them.
